Our pride lies in the daily unveiling of our fish display, just like the local fishermen along the Greek coastline, when they proudly present their bountiful catch of the day on their boats. We source the freshest day boat fish and seafood, creating dishes that reflect our Greek culinary heritage embracing the ‘use-all, waste-not’ philosophy.
